How do I book a ride with Buddy Transportation Services?
Booking a ride is simple! You can schedule transportation by calling our customer service team or submitting a request through our website by visiting our booking page. We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Do you accept insurance as payment for transportation?
Please contact your insurance provider directly to list Buddy Transportation Services as your preferred transportation provider and to receive instructions on scheduling your rides. We are actively working to expand coverage options and to offer additional insurance providers in the future.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Virginia area with plans to expand to other locations. If you're unsure whether we operate in your area, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
What payment methods do you accept?

Yes! Our drivers are trained in passenger assistance, safety procedures, and customer care, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients with mobility challenges, including those using walkers, wheelchairs, or other assistive devices.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my ride?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Ideally at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly and continue providing prompt service to all clients.
