Service Areas:Our mobility transportation services are available to residents of the City of Danville and Pittsylvania County, Virginia. Operation hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Hours of operation are subject to change at the discretion of the service provider.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received, and a team member has completed the booking process. Once your inquiry has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email or notification confirming the details of your booking, including the pickup time, location, and any special requests. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure your booking has been successfully processed. No-Show Policy: If you are not available at the scheduled pickup location at the designated time, your service may be considered a "no-show." In such cases, you may be charged the full fare. We strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to ensure smooth service. Refunds or adjustments may be issued for provider error or failure to deliver services that are not due to service interruptions that are caused by circumstances beyond the provider's control. These include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, road closures, traffic accidents, or other emergencies. We may attempt to offer alternate transportation options, but the provider cannot guarantee a replacement vehicle or an alternative time frame for service. Objectionable Persons: We expect passengers to behave respectfully and courteously during the transportation service. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior, including verbal or physical abuse toward the driver or other passengers, may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund. Passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who engage in illegal activities, will be denied service and may be subject to additional fees or legal action.
Baggage Baggage will not be checked. Personal baggage, musical instruments, athletic equipment, and other paraphernalia, limited to the capacity of the vehicle, will be transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charge. Liability for loss or damage of baggage will be limited to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each passenger if such loss is due to the fault or negligence of the provider.
Animals No animals of any type will be carried, except service animals accompanying their owner.

Rate and Other Charges -Cleaning Charge: If, it is in our reasonable opinion, any passenger soils a transport vehicle as to render it in an unpresentable condition for further use, a cleaning charge of $100 will be assessed against that passenger or passengers. -Damage Charge: Vehicles are carefully inspected prior to each trip. Any damage to seats, windows, or other equipment or parts of the vehicle which is caused by any passenger or passengers shall be the responsibility of that passenger or passengers and the costs to carrier for the repairs of such damages shall be paid by the passenger(s). -Tolls, Fees and Special Charges: The charges herein do not include such items as tolls, entrance fees or charges for special licenses or permits. An additional charge may be assessed for the actual cost of such tolls, fees or special charges.
